What we collect

When you buy a ticket or register: your name, email, the event and the payment method. When you contact support: your name, email and message. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.

Why

To issue your ticket, check it at the door, confirm payment, answer your questions and tell you about changes to the event.

Who we share it with

Only services the site needs to work: Stripe (card payments), Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for sales records and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your data by writing to support@liminaltokyo.com.
